김지원은 여성의 포트레이트를 그리는 일러스트레이터이다. 재료의 질감을 직설적으로 드러내며 여성을 입체적으로 보여주는 것에 집중한다. 그는 보다 많은 여성의 이미지를 제시함으로써, 사회가 규정하는 여성성을 타파하려 한다. 이를 통해 연대의 목소리를 높이고, 서로에게 힘이 되는 것을 목표로 삼고있다.


Jiwon Kim is an illustrator who depicts female portraits. She concentrates on stereoscopic expressions of female subjects by directly revealing textures of materials. Presenting more and more images of females, she strives to break down the social construct of standardized femininity. Her goal is to raise the voice of solidarity and supportiveness between each other.
